CAREERS: Case Manager / Customer Care

Disability Group, Inc. places high priority on managing cases. The Case Manager will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, which includes working with Social Security Administration (SSA) Representatives and gathering information from medical providers pertinent to clients’ cases. The Case Manager will create and maintain a high level of sensitivity and understanding with clients.

Duties for the Case Manager Position Include:

  • Build and maintain a client relationship
  • Build relationships with Social Security Administration (SSA) Representatives
  • Work with SSA Representatives to ensure that clients’ cases are being worked on diligently
  • Monitor clients’ cases and update them regularly on their status
  • Request information and records from medical care providers

Requirements for the Case Manager Position Include:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel (Outlook and Access a plus!)
  • Type at 40 wpm

  • Full Time
