CAREERS: Case Analyst / Customer Service

Disability Group, Inc. places high priority on acquiring new cases. The Case Analyst will be responsible for handling new case calls, which includes gathering information from the client pertinent to their case. The Case Analyst will create and maintain a high level of sensitivity and understanding with clients.

Duties for the Case Analyst Position Include:

  • Assist our attorneys in determining whether clients meet the firm’s criteria for accepting the clients’ new cases
  • Enter client and potential client information into database system
  • Follow up on outstanding issues with potential clients and assist in the retention process
  • Occasional relief reception duties

Requirements for the Case Analyst Position Include:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel (Outlook and Access a plus!)
  • Type at 40 wpm

Positions and Shifts Available:

  • Full Time
  • Part Time (Evenings and Weekends available)
